Our Story

Gadabouts Catering Company started in 1990 in Charlotte, NC . It was founded by Eileen and Bill Gaddy in the hopes of building a lasting family business they could one day pass down to their culinarily gifted children. One that would become a well known name in their community, and they made just that. After 14 years of business in Charlotte, NC they decided to move their business to the beautiful High Country where we have been serving our wonderful community and its gorgeous destination weddings for 32+ glorious years! As a long standing business, we are constantly improving to give our clients what they desire and deserve by mixing our old tried and true ways, with the new wedding trends.
